The Bee Cheng Hiang Grillery is the latest evolution of our flagship store in Singapore, where customers can shop and dine. Guests can choose from curated Bakkwa and wine pairing menus, where charcoal grilled Bakkwa is paired with Bordeaux wines. (Yes, the store uses a charcoal grill!)
'It took us more than 3 years for the concept development. We personally flew to numerous wine châteaux in France, to select a nice collection of French red wines that beautifully pairs with our Bakkwa,' said Bee Cheng Hiang Group General Manager, Daniel Wong. 'Our efforts have brought us here today at Bee Cheng Hiang's latest milestone'.
With 2,000 square feet, the Grillery is packed with unique activities for customers to discover, including a dine-in bistro area.

The Mozzarella Katsu features Bee Cheng Hiang's Gourmet Fusion Bakkwa garnished with mayonnaise freshly made in-house.
Inspired by the bacon-wrapped enoki, the Gourmet Enoki Roll uses premium Gourmet Bakkwa (also made from pork belly) in place of the bacon.
With the DIY Sliders, you can choose to have the Golden Coin (pork) or Chicken Coin (chicken) Bakkwa. Sides include caramelised onions, quail eggs and house-made sambal mayonnaise.
Wine Cellar and Bar Area
The walk-in wine cellar boasts a large variety of labels handpicked from Bordeaux. Guests can choose to purchase the wines for takeaway or enjoy them in the comfort of the Grillery's bistro. Each wine comes with a recommended Bakkwa pairing suggestion, and vice versa. Standard and customised food and wine pairing menus are available. Pre-purchase your experience here at discounted rates.
