1. Can I do a self-pickup for my order?
We do not offer self-pickup for all online orders. All online orders can only be delivered to your delivery address.
2. Why can't I select a certain delivery date?
As we approach Chinese New Year, users are only able to select the delivery dates up to a few days in advance. Delivery dates are subjected to availability and they cannot be changed once an order is made.
3. What time will my order be delivered?
All online orders will be delivered using a third party delivery service between 8AM to 11PM. As such, we regret to inform that we cannot confirm the time that your order will be delivered at.
4. Why was my order not delivered on the delivery date that I selected?
Due to the high volume of orders that we receive as we approach Chinese New Year, we seek your kind understanding that there may be delays of up to 1 to 2 working days for your order.
5. What if I want to deliver to more than one address?
Each online order can only be delivered to one address. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, a separate order has to be made for that address.
6. Can I deliver overseas?
Unfortunately, due to strict regulations pertaining to food shipments overseas, we are unable to arrange for overseas delivery.
